Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 199 reviews.
Just grabbed this in beige and it's exactly what I needed for fall. The scarf detail adds so much character without being over the top, and the O-neck sits perfectly over my sweaters. At this price point, I'm honestly shocked at the quality.
Was hesitant about ordering online but the brown color is stunning and exactly like the photos. Scarf decoration looks intentional and refined, not cheap. Fits true to size and layers beautifully with everything in my closet.
The black Cecille coat arrived and I wore it to brunch the next day. Fabric feels substantial but not heavy, the scarf drapes naturally, and honestly the long sleeves are the perfect length. This is getting worn constantly.
Size M in beige fits me perfectly with room for layers underneath. The vintage styling doesn't feel costume-y, and the scarf detail is subtle enough for work but interesting enough to get compliments. Worth every penny.
Put on the black Cecille coat and suddenly my basic jeans and tee looked intentional. The attached scarf saves time in the morning and the fabric has real weight to it, not thin or flimsy.
This works for running errands or actually going places. Brown version in size L fits my frame well, the O-neck doesn't pinch, and I've already worn it eight times in two weeks. Hand washing is easy since the fabric responds well.
The integrated scarf on my beige coat is genius because I don't have to remember an extra accessory. Layered it over a black turtleneck yesterday and it looked polished without trying hard.
Eighty bucks for a coat that feels this substantial is wild. Black in size M, and the long sleeves hit right at my wrists. Scarf decoration stays in place and doesn't curl or wrinkle after wearing.
Been looking for something that bridges September and December and this is it. Brown Cecille coat in my size, good enough for layering in October but also warm enough solo in November.
Slipped on the beige coat this morning over basics and looked instantly more put-together. The vintage vibe is real, the fabric has structure, and the scarf detail catches light nicely.
Size L fits perfectly, not too loose but roomy enough for sweaters underneath. The scarf adds visual interest without looking forced, and I've worn it four days straight already.
My brown Cecille coat has been worn daily and the scarf decoration hasn't shifted or come loose once. Fit in size M is perfect, and the quality is obvious immediately upon touch.
Doesn't bother me that this needs hand washing because the fabric clearly deserves proper care. Beige version looks expensive even though it cost under eighty dollars.
This coat works over thin tanks or chunky sweaters and looks proportional either way. Beige color is neutral but interesting, and the O-neck is honestly the most comfortable neckline.
Bought the brown coat in size M and it's becoming my go-to for everything. Scarf is attached but feels organic, not like an afterthought design choice.
Posted a picture in my black Cecille coat and got three people asking where I bought it. Scarf drapes really nicely and the fabric catches light beautifully.
Size M arrived and needed zero adjustments or alterations. Beige color is exactly as pictured, scarf detail adds personality, and the long sleeves are the right length.
This coat bridges the gap between light jacket season and heavy coat season perfectly. Beige in size M layers beautifully and the scarf detail makes it special.
Wore my black Cecille coat to coffee and then to dinner and it worked both times. O-neck doesn't restrict movement, scarf sits naturally, long sleeves are actually the right length.
The attached scarf on my brown coat saves me time getting ready and looks intentional. Fit in size L is comfortable without being sloppy.
Put on the black coat and immediately felt more autumnal. Scarf detail is the reason it's different from basic coats, and it's well-executed.
Hand washing isn't annoying when the coat looks this good. Brown size M is flattering on my frame and I reach for it constantly.
Beige Cecille coat makes my basic outfits look more intentional. The scarf is the detail that changes everything and it stays positioned nicely.
Black size L sleeves hit exactly at my wrist without bunching or being too short. The vintage styling is real and the scarf detail completes the look.
Added the beige Cecille coat and suddenly my whole fall wardrobe works better together. Scarf detail adds just enough visual interest.
The black size M fits perfectly and the scarf detail is lovely, but the fabric wrinkles more than I expected. Still looks good and totally wearable, just requires a light iron sometimes.
Love the color and fit in size L but the scarf can be finicky about how it drapes depending on what's underneath. Otherwise excellent quality for the price.
The brown Cecille coat in M looks great and fits well, though the O-neck could use a tiny bit more structure. Still excellent and I wear it constantly.
Black size L quality is impressive but the scarf feels slightly stiff when brand new. Loosens up after a few wears and looks perfect.
Beige coat in M is beautiful and well-made but I wish it was machine washable. The hand wash requirement makes sense given the quality though.
This thing is genius. The scarf is sewn on so it's always there, always matching, and the vintage cut actually works with both my casual jeans and my work pants.
Tired of coats that fall apart after a season. This one feels sturdy, the stitching is tight, and the scarf detail doesn't feel cheap or tacked on.
Ordered in black and the fit is exactly right. Not baggy, not tight, with enough room to layer underneath. The O-neck is my favorite part because scarves always slip down on me.
Put on the beige version and immediately felt put-together. That vintage silhouette is flattering, the scarf sits at the right angle, and the long sleeves hit at my wrist perfectly.
No more digging through my scarf drawer. The attached scarf on this beige coat means I'm ready to walk out the door in seconds, fully styled.
Bought the beige in size S and immediately went back for the brown. That's how much I love the fit and style. The scarf is the cherry on top.
People keep asking where I got this black coat. When I tell them under $80 they don't believe me. The vintage-inspired cut and the scarf detail definitely read higher-end.
This coat is perfect for layering through the whole cold season. Got it in beige and it matches literally everything in my wardrobe, scarf included.
Unboxed the black version and put it on immediately. The scarf already coordinates perfectly, the fit is right, and I looked like I'd spent an hour getting ready.
